This VST PlugIn adds a FM radio type of noise. Effect can possibly be used
for lessening digital sound's artifacts and making it more pleasant to
hearing.

Parameters:

    Dry setting specifies original signal's volume on output.

    FX setting controls amount of FX on output.

    LPF Cut adjusts corner frequency of FX's low-pass filter.

    HPF Cut adjusts corner frequency of FX's high-pass filter.

Notes:

    Plug-in can work in "mono -> stereo" and "stereo -> stereo" modes.
